- Lower back pain and nausea in some women may also be one of the signs and symptoms of implantation bleeding, which takes place when the fertilized egg gets itself attached to the walls of the uterus.
- In some cases, heart problems can also cause back pain and nausea, which may radiate to the entire back region, including the lower left back.
