Learn to Make Your Own Stress Ball

Materials that you need:
  1. A small thick rubber balloon.
  2. A 2 liter empty plastic water bottle.
  3. Cornstarch or flour for filing the balloon.
Method:
  1. Fill the bottle with cornstarch or flour.
  2. Make the bottle stand upright and squeeze the balloon over the bottle rim. Don’t inflate it yet.
  3. Now after this compress the bottle so as to partly fill the balloon with air.

  5. Work the surplus starch and air back into the bottle.
  6. Now before inverting the bottle, pinch the end of the balloon. Then make the plastic bottle upright again.
  7. Tie a knot as close as can be to the filling.
