Leak Leads to Beautiful Bathroom Redo

A leaky bathroom was the impetus for a luxurious bathroom redo for the Lang family. "The bathroom was leaking downstairs so we decided to update the bathroom and add a Jacuzzi tub and new frameless shower," Christine Lang said.

The new tub is large enough for a luxurious, restful soaking while the heater keeps the water at a warm and comfortable temperature. The jets are strategically placed to ensure a total body massage, including feet. "Our grandchildren visit us once a week and they were so excited watching the progress they couldn’t wait. They are enjoying their bath so much more now."

A new roomy shower sports a seat and updated new frameless door. Its rain shower head is an added bit of luxury the Lang’s find delightful. The old carpeting has been replaced with new brown and white tiles with rosette deco inserts. The shower is done in the same multicolored brown shades.

Christine said they had originally wanted the room left white, but Roy, the project manager, suggested they paint the walls a warm yellowish tone. They agreed and now Christine says the room looks brighter and bigger.

Christine said she was surprised how little dust actually drifted into their living space. "There was so much dust and yet they contained it with plastic so it wasn’t bad at all."

She also was surprised how work remained on schedule. When something was promised for a certain time, it was accomplished. "They were so easy to work with. I had heard stories about remodels and pushy workmen, but Liberty’s people were a pleasure to have around. They had a great manner and were so polite and accommodating."

Although the Langs were told the job would take four weeks to complete, Liberty finished ahead of schedule. "We told them our main thing was to avoid being disturbed. They promised we wouldn’t, and they kept their word."

The bath is located off the Lang’s bedroom and she said it is so nice to look into the room and see an updated luxurious space. "The entire area looks newer and more modern. Visitors are in awe of how wonderful the tile and the entire bath looks. Everyone who sees the space wants one, especially the Jacuzzi."

Lang’s now have a new large modern 10’ x 12’ bathroom the entire family is enjoying thanks to Liberty Construction.

The Langs are considering more work in the future and said they will call Liberty. "It was so easy. We described what we wanted done and they followed our lead. The bathroom is thoroughly magnificent in every way and Roy, Tal and their men were sweethearts. I’ll miss them, it was a positive experience and we’re very happy."
