LaToya Jackson Claims Michael Jackson was Murdered
The British press is reporting that LaToya Jackson firmly believes that Michael was murdered for money and access to his music publishing assets.
The Jackson family is still waiting for some closure and some answers in the death of music icon Michael Jackson. Both Joe Jackson and LaToya have publicly expressed concern that Michael's death may have been the result of foul play, but no evidence has yet emerged to support those allegations.
British newspapers reported over the weekend that LaToya is convinced that Michael was murdered and that she knows the people who are responsible. She made the point that Michael is worth more dead than alive - which is almost certainly true if you consider what a third party could do with his current assets.
Beyond that, LaToya also believes that roughly two million in cash and jewels were stolen from Jackson's home immediately after his death and that those items are still unaccounted for.
The Jackson family is still awaiting toxicology reports on the singer and there is much speculation that prescription drugs and powerful sedatives were major factors in his death as a result of cardiac arrest. The investigation into his death is likely to continue for at least a few more weeks and police are still trying to piece together the supply chain for many of Jackson's drugs that were found at the time of his death.
