Las Vegas Strip Hotel Deals
Las Vegas is home to some of the largest hotels on the planet. All of these hotels offer great deals if you know where to look.
Ah, Las Vegas! You either love it or hate it but whatever your feelings the Las Vegas Strip hotels do offer some fantastic room deals. Below is a list of just some of the great hotels along the Strip. Check them out for the latest deals.
The Bellagio has some of the most sumptious decorations of any hotel on the Strip. The floors are of the finest Italian marble and the walls are adorned with works of art.
Built on the site of the old Dunes hotel, this five star resort recreates the flavor of the Bellagio resort on Lake Como in Italy. One of its most spectacular features is the large dancing water fountain called the Fountains of Bellagio. Situated in the lake that fronts the hotel the fountains are synchronized with various pieces of music every 30 minutes in the afternoons and early evenings and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. to midnight. Not to be missed!
When anyone thinks of Las Vegas they tend to think of Caesars Palace. It is a truly massive hotel housing over three thousand rooms, a convention centre, a shopping mall, night clubs, performing arts venues and numerous restaurants. The Forum Shops shopping mall (recently extended) hosts a large range of outlets and even includes two free shows - The Fall of Atlantis - a spectacular animatronics show with a lot of fire, and Bacchus - a another animatronics show, this time celebrating the Roman God Bacchus. He's my favorite as he's the god of wine and good food! Great entertainment can be found here. Cher, Elton John and Bette Midler all have shows here and until recently Celine Dion appeared in her famous "New Day" show.
One often forgets about The Monte Carlo Resort and Casino probably because it is one of the few Strip hotels that does not have any attractions. Modeled on the Place du Casino in Monte Carlo, France, it offers a quiet olde worlde charm so refreshing after the hustle and bustle of the rest of Vegas. It houses some of the finest restaurants mostly specializing in French cuisine as would be expected. It is also home to the Monte Carlo Brew Pub which up until 2006 used to brew its own beer. It still offers some really good brews.
