All these factors can lead to further complications in health which can cumulatively lead to lack of energy and fitness.

Depression
Depression is another very important reason that can lead to lack of energy. Though depression does not lead to physical pain that can be calculated, a person going through depression has a lot of things going through her mind. And even though there is no physical work being done, there is a lot of thinking and analyzing that goes on in depression. Tired Housewife Syndrome
This syndrome is a combination of the emotional and physical factors. This syndrome is caused in women who are emotionally stressed out from all the physical tasks as well as the feeling that they are never appreciated or that no one understands the amount of work that they have to do. This manifests into the need to avoid responsibilities and they start to feel like they are tired at all times. This can take a psychological turn and they might continue to believe that they are fatigued at all times as a way of avoiding responsibility.

Stress
Stress can cause havoc in a person's life. It leads to added feelings of anxiety, worry and nervousness. Stress can be caused by anything that is physical like too much work or due to a financial problem or a demanding job. All these reasons lead to a spike in energy levels and that causes toxins to be released in the body. These affect the health and lead to mental fatigue which causes lack of energy.

Imbalanced Diet
An improper diet that leads to deficiencies is another important factor that leads to low energy levels. Many women who go in for fad dieting suffer from low energy levels because their diets drastically change their body set up and affect the metabolism and other functions leading to a drop in energy levels.

  • Get yourself checked by a doctor for any physical ailments that might be causing the 'feeling tired all the time and no energy' feeling.
  • Include some form of recreation in your routine so that you feel energized and recuperated. These act as natural energy boosters.
  • Take supplements like minerals or vitamins for energy.
