Kushitic Ethiopian Leaders Call for Dissolution of the Amhara Colonial State ‘Ethiopia’

Mr. Xoola’s interview will be published in several parts and focus on the Kushitic nation of the Sidamas who for more than 110 years have been subjugated to the Abyssinians.
An independent Sidama Land with a population of ca. 6 million Kushitic Africans would have all it takes for an African nation to rapidly progress and achieve sustainable development.
Instead of this, the Abyssinian occupation brought pestilence, misery, starvation, poverty and cruelty into what could have easily been a wonderful Paradise on Earth. In forthcoming articles, I will publish other parts of Mr. Kambata Xoola’s interview.
An Interview with Kambata Xoola, Chairman of Sidama National Liberation Organization
Q - Chairman Xoola, Oppression in Abyssinia has been recently denounced by many NGOs and observers concerned with the grave deterioration of the human condition in that country. The newly passed law on Charities severely damages the Civil society. How is the situation in Sidama Land more particularly?
Kambata Xoola - Before I answer this particular question pertaining to the situation in Sidama Land, I would like to begin making a point about the nature of Abyssinian successive rulers and the treatment of their subjects over the past 100 years, ever since the barbaric Amhara king Menelik invaded lands belonging to other, totally different from the Semitic Amharas, nations who were finally subjugated one after the other.
Since the late 1880s, the policy of the successive Monophysitic (Tewahedo) Abyssinian rulers has focused on the implementation of a wide scale cultural and spiritual genocide perpetrated against the subjugated nations; these policies involved total depersonalizing and dehumanizing of the colonized peoples.
The process of the colonial of the Amhara Abyssinian colonial expansion was long and the victims targeted were always one at a time; the colonial expansion involved wars undertaken without any other reason except the plan of the cynical, illegal and criminal Abyssinian expansion at the prejudice of their African victims. They were able to defeat – not all at once but gradually one after the other – many traditional African kings of different nations only because of arms deals stricken with the French and British colonials, who armed the Amharas against all the rest. This resulted in successive butcheries and ultimate decapitation of most of the ruling elites of numerous African nations, notably the Sidamas, the Oromos, the Kefas, the Wolayitas, the Anuak, the Nuers, the Hadiyas, the Gedeos, the Kambatas, the Afars, the Bertas, the Gumuz, the Agaw, and last but not the least the Ogadeni Somalis; all this took place at the times of the notorious 'Scramble for Africa', and as late as the 1950s.
Immediately after the conquest, the Amhara Monophysitic (Tewahedo) Abyssinians forced vast resettlement policies, expropriated the subjugated nations from their properties and national resources, prohibited the free practice of their cultural traditions, social proceedings, and religious beliefs, then imposed the alien Amhara idiom and the Gueze writing system, which are non-African of origin.
To add perjury to the other offenses, the uncivilized Amhara invaders tried to impose a fake dogma that would permanently alter, deform and distort the subjugated nations’ identity; this is the dogma of 'Ethiopianism’, the name of which the cruel Amhara elites have snatched from the traditional Kushitic Africans. By dictatorially imposing the fake dogma of cultural alienation and political hoodwinking, the Amhara Monophysitic Abyssinians believed that they would permanently depersonalize and thus spiritually and culturally exterminate the targeted nations, who would thus forget their individuality, overlook their historical identity, neglect their socio-political, cultural and religious traditions, and finally take no notice of their civil and human rights and potentials.
Another stage of illegal colonial and racist practices was achieved by means of extensive Amhara settlements among the subjugated nations; the settlers were given all the rights of which the subjugated nations were deprived, and they were empowered to decide on the fate of the real owners of the lands that the Amhara army had snatched in the first place.
Since the indigenous nations had been dispossessed, the occupied lands were divided among the colonial Amharas, whereas the rightful owners were reduced to real slaves, and downgraded to mere objects or ‘insects’ according to the Amhara state racism.
The Amhara racist and colonial plans have utterly failed; they were predestined to doom, because of the nature of the barbaric Amharas who were never accepted as Africans and as civilized by any African, Kushitic, Nilo-Saharan or Bantu nation whom they invaded. The lack of proper Amhara Abyssinian culture and civilization, the evident Amhara barbarism, and their social inferiority as regards the sophisticated, democratic and pluralistic African societies were reasons that perpetuated the Kushitic African rejection of the Abyssinian totalitarian regimes. The rejection of the oppressor took therefore the form of rejection of the barbaric, the lower and the lewd social, political and religious concepts and structures that the Abyssinian aliens in vain tried to impose.
To conclude, we have to denounce the still ongoing Abyssinian practices of cultural and religious genocide.
What is the main problem in the Occupied Sidama Land today is that the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian elites are unable to tolerate the cultures and the religions of the indigenous African nations whom they have invaded and subjugated.
They directly or indirectly block any practice of the Sidama culture and religion, let alone a social activity promoting Sidama culture and religion.
The Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian elites impose their alien culture and their pseudo-Christian heretic religion; even worse, their dictatorial laws contravene the Sidama democratic, pluralistic and egalitarian concepts and practices that define Sidama social behaviour as based on the traditionally shared values and not on the alien Amhara barbarism.
It is very preoccupying indeed that the totalitarian Abyssinian rulers cannot tolerate the free and imperturbable practice of the oppressed Sidamas’ culture and religion even outside their state, among the Sidama Diaspora, and resort to all sorts of practices, involving state promoted terrorism which should be a reason for free and democratic countries in Europe and America to consider a quarantine for the Abyssinian pariah state.
It is therefore essential for the international community to realize that the nature, the composition, and the essence of the Abyssinian colonial elites remained incorrigibly the same, unaltered and untouched by the philosophical, ideological, social and political changes that marked Europe, America and the rest of the world over the past 150 years.
Thus, the Abyssinian colonial elites kept shamelessly diffusing among and imposing on the subjugated Sidamas, and the other invaded nations, their anachronistic pestilence and barbarism, plunging the country into extreme poverty, starvation, and underdevelopment.
The situation is the same in other occupied lands and territories; what is practiced against the Sidamas is identical with what has been denounced within the June 12, 2008 HRW Report on Ogaden. Whatever rights have been granted to people by the officially adopted Constitution have never been accorded to people outside the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinians, who constitute the ruling nation and the extreme minority (ca. 18%) in the vast country that was formed following the Abyssinian invasions.
Part of the spiritual and cultural genocide performed by the successive Abyssinian regimes against the Sidamas was carried out at the diplomatic level; the unrepresentative ambassadors and diplomats of the colonial state that bears the fallacious name ‘Ethiopia’ use their positions in order to promote the interests of the Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinians, who constitute the ruling nation and the extreme minority (ca. 18%), and to complete the genocides perpetrated against all the subjugated nations.
The Sidamas represent ca. 7% of the entire country’s population; yet, there are less than 0.1% Sidamas among the diplomatic body of the colonial state ‘Ethiopia’. Worse, the unrepresentative diplomats are committed to obliterating anything pertaining to Sidama History, Culture, Literature, Language, Religion, Philosophy, Ethnography and Law, and thus Europeans, Americans and people from allover the world remain in mysteries about the real face of Eastern Africa and ignore even the existence of the Sidama Nation which is larger than Norway, Macedonia, Lituania or Slovenia – to limit my references to Europe.
Ignoring thee existence of an entire nation makes sure that no one knows about the tragedy lived by the nation in question, and the current calamitous situation in which they are confined.
To complete my answer with the recent promulgation of the new law on charities and societies, I only state that this dreadful document – monument of tyranny has already been denounced and criticized by many human rights groups and activists worldwide. In fact, this ‘law’ helps only criminalize human rights and civil society work. The hidden reasons for which this law has been passed are to be found in the tyrannical administration’s decision to maliciously disconnect the numerous subjugated nations of the colonial state from international instances and prevent any action to the benefit of the targeted nations, and any literature illuminating their troubles.
Briefly put, it is a reassertion of the criminal tyrannical rule of the racist Amhara and Tigray Monophysitic Abyssinian elites. Tyrant Zenawi used to pretend that the country was a federal democratic state; now, we have full proof that these are lies.
More importantly, the said new repressive law restricts civil society groups from receiving more than 10% of their funding from sources outside Ethiopia.
It also restricts civil society groups from being involved in activities related to Human Rights, Gender Issues, Rights of the Disabled, Children's Rights or Conflict Resolution. The law was geared in order to legitimize the lack of defense of the civil society and its total submission to the racist prescriptions of the Zenawi colonial Ethiopianist regime.
With respect to the Sidama Nation, this ‘law’ is geared in order to effectively prevent global awareness of the Sidama History, Society, Culture and Religion and avert - throughout the global media - any reference to the terrible oppression exercised over the SIdama Nation.
Unable to tolerate any kind of dissidence and criticism, either originating from inside the country or coming from abroad, the Abyssinian racist regime tries to disable all possible means of promotion of democratic and liberal ideas, and thus perpetuate the anachronistic and absolutely obsolete colonial regime of an 18th century country in a 21st century world.
In the Age of Information technology, their trickery is predestined to doom.
