Krav Maga Self Defense Techniques
The name Krav Maga is formed of two words, 'Krav' and 'Maga' which mean 'combat' and 'contact' respectively. The basic idea behind using Krav Maga techniques is neutralizing the opponent and positioning oneself as to suffer minimum injury.
