Kingdom of Light
As I march by the meadows of love and glades of pain, I rest in the bliss of homecoming. In the soothing cool waters of His love, I rest all life's turmoils. Prayer is the boat I claim to keep afloat...
I am designed in His likeness,
I live to spread a tale of love;
To dispel doubt and darkness,
On the wings of a snow dove.
I breathe that the air I so yearn,
Should fill me with His breath;
That I may live well and earn,
His pardon at the time of death.
I see that I can marvel and paint,
A picture of God's glorious sight;
Envisioning heaven without taint,
And filling the self with His might.
I work that I may sow rich seed,
And reap the fruits of every act;
And pass on inheritance in need,
Rising to fulfill the quantum pact.
I offer to You my senses and mind,
Desires of every whim and accord;
The Kingdom of Light to inherit, find,
Hastening in step, to You, my Lord.
