Being a parent or the principal of a school, pondering on some important and basic interview questions for the post of kindergarten teacher is just a part of the responsibility you owe towards the kids studying in the institution.
As a parent, you are anxious about your kids heading for their first day in kindergarten and yes you do expect a lot! The education and classroom environment have to stand up to your expectations.
