Kevin Federline Denies Sex Tape
Kevin Federline’s attorney is now saying that a sex tape featuring his client and his estranged wife Britney Spears does not exist.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, denies that the tape exists and that K-Fed is trying to sell the alleged tape. Kaplan said in a statement released Tuesday, "There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence." The statement also read, "It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to see such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."
Spears filed for divorce on November 7 after two years of marriage. Federline counter-sued the following day seeking spousal support and custody of their two sons Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 2 months. A few days later it was reported that Federline was seeking a $30 million payout from Spears and custody of the kids in return for the alleged sex tape. Allegedly Federline has already been offered $50 million for the tape from an outside source. The video, which may or may not exist, is allegedly a four-hour tape that shows the couple having sex all-day and playing chess
So now the question remains…is there or isn’t there a sex tape starring Spears and Federline? Did she pay him to shut him up or did the video never actually exist? Kaplan’s statement continued, "It would be impossible to comment upon and correct all of the other misinformation about Kevin that appears on a daily basis and consequently no attempt has been made, or will be made, to do so. I hope that the public and media will keep this in mind before assuming accuracy of facts from Kevin’s silence." It has also been hinted that the pre-nup the couple signed before tying the knot is pretty iron clad and includes a clause which would permit K-Fed, or Fedex as he is now being referred to as, from releasing a sex-tape if there was one in existence. If the tape does exist, sooner or later it will end up on the Internet...
