Kevin Federline Delaying Divorce?

Federline is reportedly "dragging his feet" in signing divorce papers from Britney Spears because their current custody arrangements. The current arrangement of shared custody will continue once the divorce papers are signed and it has been reported that Federline is concerned about Spears' recent partying. Just a few months out of rehab and Spears has reportedly been spotted out drinking and partying. Federline is allegedly concerned that she is unable to care for their two young sons - Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, 9 months.

A source said, "Britney's attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce. But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying." Sources say that Federline "wants to make sure that the divorce document makes it simple enough for Kevin to downsize Britney's access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him." Federline is anxious about Spears recent behavior and judging from her behavior prior to her trip to rehab he may have reason to worry.

Spears announced her separation from Federline after two-years of marriage in November. After the separation, she seemed to spiral out of control and seemed to be partying constantly. Her behavior led many to question whether or not she was able to correctly parent her two young sons which ultimately led to her checking into rehab. Spears spent a month at Promises Treatment Facility. Since she checked out of rehab she has said that she does not have a drug or alcohol problem and blamed her issues on post-partum depression. It has recently been reported that Spears is looking to reconcile with Federline, but he reportedly has no desire to get back with her.
