Kevin Federline’s Attorney to Request No Visitation for Britney Spears

According to a source, Kaplan is requesting that Spears’ visitation rights be terminated until the next trial in April. The source said, "That means not interaction with the kids until then." Spears’ recent meltdown reportedly has Federline fearing for the safety of his sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. On January 3, Spears locked herself in a bathroom with Jayden in what became a four-hour custody standoff with her refusing to return the boys to Federline’s custody. Spears was removed from her home on a stretcher and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for a psychiatric evaluation.

It has recently been reported that officers discovered bruises and a bite mark on Jayden when they took him from Spears’ custody. Kaplan filed a restraining order against the troubled singer that is in effect for five days. He is going to request that the order be extended. A source reportedly said, "I think everyone is hugely concerned about her just showing up at Kevin’s house and making a scene and demanding to see the kids." Kaplan has also subpoenaed the police, firefighters, and paramedics who were on the scene the night of Spears meltdown. A source said, "The emergency personnel will describe what transpired that night."

Since checking out of the hospital on Saturday Spears has been spotted out and about with her latest beau, Adnan Ghalib, 35. Ghalib, a photographer for FinalPixx, and Spears has been seeing each other for the past few weeks. Recently it was rumored that Ghalib is married, but he has reportedly been separated from his wife for over a year. Since Spears checked out of the hospital she and Ghalib were spotted in Palm Desert and were spotted in Mexico.
