Kelsey

I wrote this for my little sister when she was going through rough times...
Why must you hide?
Why must you run?
There's nothing there for you.
You are heard here,
There you'll be seen by none.

Your life's not that bad,
We all have seen worse.
Cherish your life,
It's not a curse.

You are still a kid,
Stop trying to grow up.
Your choices are poor,
Your lies are enough.

We are all fed up,
As I'm sure you are too.
We are trying to keep you here,
What more can we do.

You could be great I want you to know,
But behind an attitude your talent won't show.

You say you hate it all,
You wish you could die.
It's time to really look
Further than just your eyes.

Please don't hate me,
I'm just telling the truth.
I'll love you forever,
Till our time is threw.

Kelsey,
You don't shine, you glow.
You're a beautiful girl,
So let that cute smile show.
