Keisha chapter 8

I ignored the person who called me and continued to beat Harmony. Right when I was about to give her a solid one in the face, Savion and Makah pulled me off of her. "Calm down Keisha." Savion said firmly. "Nah let me go! Let me show her I ain't the one!" Harmony ranted to the students who were holding her back. I sucked my teeth and rolled my eyes. "Ho please, you really wanna end up back on the floor?" I asked ready to throw down again. Savion looked up and saw a teacher coming. He grabbed my arm and dragged me away from the crowd.

He turned towards me. "You and ya crew skipping today?" He asked. "Yeah." I say getting my breathing back to normal. I look over at my girls and see that KiKi is getting the information on the fight since she missed it. "When?" Savion said bringing my focus back to him. "Sixth period." I say. Savion shook his head like that wasn't the answer he wanted to hear. "Nah, that ain't gonna work. Ya'll need to leave now." He said bluntly. I narrowed my eyes. 'Why" I asked. "Cuzz I said. Don't worry about it, I'll tell you later." He said.

I just rolled my eyes and turned towards my c rew. I knew Savion wasn't going to let me get away with rolling my eyes at him. Just like I predicted he grabs my arm and spins me back towards him. "Why you got an attitude? Now what, don't even answer that. Just do as I say and trust me ok?" He said kissing my cheek, then walking away with his friends.

I let out a sigh and go back to Nychel's locker. Tamia, Nychel, and KiKi were already there. "Girl tell me you beat that trick's butt?" KiKi said. I smiled. "Of course I did. But we gotta leave now." I said getting straight to the point. "Why?" They all asked together. "I really don't know what's going on with that boy, but Savion wants’ us to leave now." I explained. The girls looked at each other and shrugged. "Ayyite, let’s be out then." Tamia said.

All four of us grabbed our black Fendi handbags and walked right out the front door. We decided to go to KiKi's house, since she lived a block over. The only reason she was on the bus was because she stayed the night over Nychel's house.

"So why you think Savion wanted us to leave?" Tamia asked. KiKI opened her front door, to find her older brother, Qua on the coach. "What you doing here?" She asked annoyed. He looked up and smiled at me. "What I can't come home and watch a little BET?" Qua asked. KiKi rolled her eyes and went into the kitchen. I took my shoes off nad sat down beside Qua. I also took the remote from him and turned to MTV. The show NEXT was on. We only caught the ending of it. "Hold up! Shorty I know you didn't just turn?" He said. "Boy be quiet! The girl bout to make her decision!" Tamia exclaimed. He rolled his eyes and flipped over so that his head was now in my lap. "You think Natasha will like you laying on my lap?" I asked not even taking my gaze off the TV.

"She'll be happy I ain't doing nothing else." He said slyly. "Boy please, you know Natasha is ya wifey. You ain't gonna cheat on her." KiKI said coming into the room with a plate of chicken.
