Keisha chapter 19

At first the gun shot didn't even faze me. I was so use to them, they became second nature to me. Sad I know. Then I hear screams and I see people running. Savion gets up and pulls me along with him. "Stay close." He says to me. We go inside the house to see what is going on. I spot Tamia in the kitchen, crying. I pull away from Savion and go over to her. "Tamia, what happened girl? Why you crying?" I ask getting nervous. I look around for Nychel and Keena. "Th-they shot him. They sh-shot Trey. I think Nigel di-di-dead." She stutters. I black out for a minute. "What you mean they shot Trey? Who? Tamia answer me." I almost yell. "Harmony's man, Sade. Nigel and Sade got into a heated argument. Over Harmony of course. They started fighting, and Trey tried to break it up. Sade pulled out his gun and shot Trey in the chest. Then he fired at Nigel twice. It was so scary Keisha. What we gonna do?" She asks.

Me and Savion look at her. "What you mean, we? We didn't have anything to do with it. Let Sade take the fall for this. He did it." Savion says. "Sade and his crew left. Someone already called 911." She reveals. Me and Savion's eyes get wide. Maybe my friend fell and bumb her head or maybe she is high. Either way she must have forgotten the fact this party as drugs and alochol all over the place. "Are you serious? We need to get out of here now." Savion says. "What about Trey and Nigel?" Me and Tamia say together. Finally Nychel and Keena come over to us. They look like they just saw a ghost. They also have blood all over them.

"Trey will be fine. The ambulance will take care of him. As for Nigel, there is nothing we can do for him. I'm sorry he lost his life, but I ain't trying to get caught. I got the smell of weed all over me. So do ya'll. So let's go." He says pulling me towards the door. Me and my friends slowly walk through the living room. I can't believe this shit. There is like 4 people lying on the ground bleeding to death. Trey is one of them. I break down crying and run over to him. "Try wake up, please" I beg holding him. His eyes flutter open and he smiles. "I'm good girl. No bullet gonna take my life. I'm a soldier." He says with a weak smile.

"Come on Keisha. We gotta go. Trey will be fine." Savion says getting on my last nerve. "How can you say everything will be fine? Look around Savion, 3 people are dead and one is hanging on to life. This shit is going to make the news. I ain't letting Sade get away with this. Believe that." I say waling out the door.

We all head for Savion's car. As I buckle myself in and think about this mess. I remember something. "Oh my god. Where is Tyrone!?" I yell.
