Keisha Chapter 17

I look at Savion, and see the hurt in his eyes. For a second I feel bad. Then I think to myself, why you feel bad? He the one who cheated and got some hoochie pregnated. "I'm single now." I mumble to myself. "What you say? You feel bad don't you?" Trey asked with a smile. I glare at him. "What ever Trey. Me and Savion broke up, therefore I can do what I please. Come on Nigel. We can chill outside and talk." I say grabbing his hand and leading him out the back door.

Outside was in chill mode. Only a few people were out side. I spotted a two seater swing and went over to it. Nigel sat beside me and placed his hand around my shoulder. I got a whiff of his cologne and Snuggle. "So that was the ex?" He asks. "Yeah that was him." I answer. "He seemed like it was still feeling you, he didn't look to happy when he saw me holding your hand." Nigel comments. I look at him. "Nigel me and Savion are through. We had something, but he messed up and what he did hurt me. So much that I can't forgive him. The point is, I don't care if he is hurt." I say a little harshly.

"Are you ok? I mean I like you and I want a chance to get to know you more. But I don't want to be the rebound guy." Nigel says straight up. I like his fowardness. "Yeah I'm fine. Don't worry you don't gotta worry about being the rebound guy. I like you too, and I love the idea of getting to know you better." "I am glad to hear that. But I ain't a dummy and I know how the break- up game works. Ya'll were together for a minute. I know you loved him and some. You ain't completely over him yet. But I am really feeling you and willing to wait. I'll understand if things change and ya'll get back together. I won't hold it against you, I am willing to be yor friend or what ever." He says with a smile. I smile back at him. "Nigel that is like the most sweetest thing I have ever heard. But I am telling you me and Savion are through, but I guess we can just take it slow and one step at a time." I answer. "I'm good with that plan." He says with a million dollar smile. I smile back at him, and he opens his arms. I gladly accept his hug.
