Personality understands only the language of geography.
Eat well but not belly full; to avoid falling ill.
Always be alert to the warning bell.
This develops threat perception.
And keeps you focused in your intention.
‘No extra flesh’ must be your contention.
No problem in being a fitness freak.
Sight of food does not make you weak.
