Kaspersky Labs Antivirus Scanner 6.0

I’ve been a computer technician and network engineer for a number of years now. Being in many different situations I’ve certainly come across many different applications in home and network security with a number of products available for this use. Even on my home computer I was, for a while, a Norton advocate. At the time a couple of years back, Norton did have a very good product on their hands. Over time though, with each new release and with coming across many other antivirus and internet security applications I really did begin to realize just how cumbersome and slow the program really is.

Now of course when your in the network security game, one is always on the lookout for very secure and reliable programs. I’ve tried and experimented with many. Obviously as I mentioned earlier Norton, but also with McAfee, Sophos, Trend etc. etc. It was through this testing that I was first given the opportunity to investigate Kaspersky Labs.

Pretty much from the get-go, I was really impressed with Kaspersky. I found the program ran very nicely and smoothly without all the cumbersome resource loss experienced with most of the other programs. I also began to realize how many threats it began to detect and eradicate compared to Norton and Sophos mainly. It blew my mind to be quite honest. To think that these other programs could be missing and skipping over these threats was really leaving your computer or network at serious risk.

I began to get a little more serious about investigating Kaspersky Labs products. What I found out is that Kaspersky Labs within most cases will have protection in place of any new found virus or threat within 0-2hrs of it’s knowledge of the threat. In most cases this is said to be around 20 minutes. Impressive or what! There is not another company that I have ever heard of that could even come close to matching that, and taking your security so personal in my experience. Their product support team is there 24/7 with response almost immediately. I remember waiting days for support to get back to me on support issues with other companies. Not so good, when your relied upon to take care of issues as fast as possible. It’s practically unacceptable if you ask me. I won’t mention which companies here just out of politeness.

I’ve been recommending Kasperksy products for all of my customers and clients since I became so impressed with it. I can honestly say, that each and every one of my clients have never had a bad thing to say about the products that Kaspersky offers. Not a one!
In fact the complete contrary, they have never felt safer with their home and business networks. It really feels good to offer a product so reliable to customers as well, because the happier they are, well the better my business looks. This is key here.
