Just Friends

Loving someone for more than a friend.
Don't be angry letting it eat you up, knowing you could of had me when you were a pup. My true colors bleed only with you, tired of hiding them when I speak to you. The words don't come out right, I don't know why, I guess because I'm a bit shy. You say your ugly, but it’s not true someone fake don't see that, not about you. I see your eyes, the windows of the soul, I see places that only Heaven knows. I sit next to you getting this energized feeling I can’t explain, missing you like crazy I can’t have you, not in this way. This is not a joke or a lie, no hidden messages, it’s not Sublime. If you find yourself wanting to talk, I'm right here, waiting love struck. I was scared, but now I'm not, just wanted you to know what I thought. I can’t help being mad that I can’t have you, jealousy, It’s not you. Thoughts of caressing your skin, going out of my mind, a kiss of your neck, and a good time in mind. In my eyes someone beautiful, not scared of your feelings, not at all pitiful. I should say no more, and throw away this letter, see the day I opened up, not now or ever. I opened up to you, this is what it is, but I'll close it shut now, so we can be just friends.
