Reflecting upon a break up
Ringing through my head
Over and over again
The words I wanted to say
The things I wanted you to know
But when it came time
To let these thoughts be known
I fumbled over my tongue
Tying it in a bow
Patiently you wait
Staring at my face
Thinking;
Feeling;
What?
Well looking back on it now
I see it wasn't all that bad
but strange all the same
For I never knew you would take it that way
Or move on as fast you did
Some where deep inside I think I wish
You would have been upset
Sad in the slightest way
Wanting to ask why
Instead of just simply knowing
The main Idea of what was on my mind
