Just A Prayer Away

Opening my eyes so that I can see,
Revealing more of Yourself to me,
Giving me hope so that I can believe:
That You and You alone have come to set the captives free.
I always look to thee,
For You are the air that I breathe.

"In You I live and move and have my being."
Your word is alive and yet living,
Which I am and will be continually declaring.
I love You so much for this gift You keep on sharing:
The hurt, the pain and the burdens that you keep on bearing.

Looking around and I constantly find myself staring,
Because of the beauty in the way
You love us all and how you keep on caring.
You are amazing, this I must say.
Giving You glory, honor and praise,
For you always make a way out of no way;

Keeping myself before you as I yield and pray.
In You is where I must stay.
In Your presence is where I'll remain.
Although, the Spirit dwells not with man always.
I know that You are with me
For You're just a prayer away.
