~Just A Girl~

Trying to live and love…after having my heart shattered...
I am just a girl
Trying to see through this big whirl
Of my life
And all the strife.
I am just a girl
Trying to love and trying to share
Keep trying to care.
I am just a girl
Staying up all night
To try and find what’s right.
I am just a girl
Trying to be all I can be
While nobody’s there for me.
I am just a girl
Who is so confused
And easily amused.
I am just a girl
Who needs some love
And a big huge hug.
I am just a girl
Who’s been so hurt
Tears running down my shirt.
I am just a girl
Who’s tired of lying
And so tired of trying.
I am just a girl
Who used to be so strong
And now has held on for too long.
I am just a girl
Who needs some love
And a great big hug.
