Journey of Love
A poem that describes a journey of love.
Why must tears keep dropping?
To know the only thing harder than finding,
Someone, is to realise your losing. . .
To not know how not to love,
But only how to.
Like a roller coaster swirling above,
Only to find out when it’s over you must throw up too.
Coming back to a sorry spoken by mouth
And not from the heart, deep down.
Not knowing the honest truth,
Having to face the world with a frown.
Finding the only way to catch up on love is to fall into it,
Like your shadow only not as painful.
When you wake up knowing the pieces don’t fit,
And you feel regretful.
Let me be, to love how I choose for,
At the end it is I who must die inside.
No matter if I win or lose,
Its you I still want to be beside.
