Jordan Wins Big Brother 11
The eleventh installment of CBS' Big Brother ended last night with Jordan Lloyd taking home $500,000.
There was drama right up until the final vote on Big Brother. Well, at least until Jordan was forced to decide which of her remaining competitors she would take with her to the Final Two. As it turns out, she made the right choice and easily defeated Natalie - five votes to two. Kevin Campbell, the 29-year-old graphic designer and the only openly gay contestant, would likely have won the final jury vote had he made it to the final two.
But Jordan guessed correctly that she would lose to Kevin and instead chose to take Natalie with her to the Final Two. Natalie had burned a few too many bridges during her run to the Final Two, but she was still able to garner two winning votes - from the volatile Russell and from Kevin, who was her final alliance member.
What Natalie didn't realize is that the entire jury house was aware of her age before they voted, and many couldn't get past the fact that she lied from the start. She told everyone in the house that she was only 18 years old, when in fact she was 24. It was definitely not a total loss for Natalie, though, as she won the second-place prize of $50,000 and she got engaged during the filming of the show.
Jordan, the cute 22-year-old waitress from Georgia, told viewers that she planned to use the money to put a down payment on a house for her Mom and brother, help her cousins through college and probably buy a car. 500K should get her started on all of those expenditures.
