John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston’s Double Date

Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, met up with her best friend Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette for dinner on Thursday. Cox and Arquette were celebrating their ninth wedding anniversary. The foursome had dinner at Stk in Los Angeles for a humanitarian event. A source said that Mayer greeted Cox with a kiss on the cheek. It was also reported that Aniston and Mayer "had their arms around each other. She was rubbing his back and whispering into his ear. They were touching each other non-stop all night."

This is the second time in two weeks that the two couples have spent time together. Earlier in the month Aniston introduced her new beau to Cox and Arquette when they visited the couple’s new home in Malibu. The two couple’s reportedly get along very well and seem very comfortable with each other. A source said that Cox and Arquette have given Mayer the "thumbs up."

Aniston and Mayer have reportedly been spending a lot of time together lately. The two spent a romantic weekend together in Miami in April. A friend of Mayer’s reportedly said at the time, "It’s very real. They’ve been seeing each other for a few weeks now." Mayer said of his relationship with Aniston, "This is not a scandal, this is not an issue, this is not a problem, this needs no spin control. This is me living my life." Aniston even brought Mayer to a cast party for her new film Marley & Me.
