Jennifer Lopez Sex Tape Rumored to be Surfacing

J. Lo's attorneys have already filed suit against Ojani Noa as well as the producer who purchased the exclusive rights to the home videos from Noa back when J. Lo was starring in Selena. There will certainly be some strenuous legal wrangling going on behind the scenes as Noa is apparently ready to try to cash in on his short-lived marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

According to sources close to Noa, he has never fully gotten over his time with J. Lo, even though it has been well documented that she cheated on him repeatedly and eventually dismissed him as her career exploded. Noa has had this ace in the hole in the form of the home videos from their honeymoon. The films were made before J. Lo was the mega star that she is today and her PR people have been adamant that there is nothing overtly sexual about the tapes.

This is apparently not a sex tape in the Paris Hilton or Pamela Anderson sense of the word. The scenes have been described as Lopez in a bikini at a swimming pool as well as some more intimate scenes in their hotel room. But nothing to suggest that any sexual activity was filmed.

That said, the executive producer of Selena thought enough of the footage to purchase the exclusive rights to them from Noa sometime in the late 90s. It's unclear whether his intention at that point was to protect the young Lopez image or if he too intended to use the video later on to cash in on her success.
