Jennifer Lopez Confirms Pregnancy

Lopez announced the news to a stunned crowd saying, "Marc and I are expecting a baby!" She also said they didn’t want to say anything because they didn’t want to "take away from the tour." The news wasn’t so shocking since there have been rumors of a pregnancy dogging the couple for months, but it was shocking that she finally confirmed the pregnancy. Hubby Marc Anthony was reportedly surprised as well. He leaned over and kissed Lopez’s belly and told the crow, "I did not expect her to say anything." A concertgoer said, "The whole arena went insane. It was awesome!"

Lopez said, "We are happy, too." She also turned to the side and showed off her growing belly. She didn’t respond to the rumors that she is pregnant with twins, but it has been rumored that she is expecting a boy and a girl. Miami marked the end of Lopez and Anthony’s tour, her first. Lopez said, "This is a special time in our lives. And we waited until the last show to tell you." The couple was supposed to play a gig in San Diego, which was placed on hold due to the wildfires in California, but they opted to end their tour in Miami.

This will be the first child for the couple who was married in June 2004. This will also be the first child for Lopez who was previously married to Ojani Noa from February 1997- January 1998. She was also married to dancer Cris Judd from September 2001 – January 2003. Anthony has three children from previous relationships. He has two sons with ex-wife Dayanara Torres and a daughter with a former girlfriend.
