Jasmine's Turn - Ch. 5
Alisa and Jazmine meet again.
"What are you doing Demetrius? Pining over some girl that you just met. Not very dark twisted or evil."
"What are you doing here Alisa?"
"I think you know exactly what and why I am here, let's not beat around the bush. We never did before why start now?"
"I will fight you if I have to."
"Aw! how sweet. And her? What's her plan in your scheme, squish my brains?"
She laughed and Demetrius charged at her she grabbed his throat.
"HAVE YOU GOTTEN THAT YOU CAN NOT BEAT ME!" She throws him into the tree. "I made you, I can and will destroy you if I have to. I have years of experience, blood you have yet to taste, freedom you have yet to face. Yet you challenge me knowing that you will die. Why... FOR HER? She doesn't understand our ways, your desire to rip her throat out and drink her sweet blood of hers. How can you resist her? Let's have a little fun shall we?"
Alisa runs towards Jazmine Demetrius gets up and follows her. He tackles her before they are seen.
"You are not to touch her!"
"You smell of her, get off me!"
He did as she said. She stood up brushing herself off.
"I made you Demetrius, this girl isn't worth pissing on what I have done. I love you"
"It's not that simple Alisa"
"You've fallen for her.. I can tell because you have never once not looked at me when talking to me. This is going to hurt you more than me."
He looked up and she was gone. He looked at Jasmine and there was Alisa. They were laughing how could they be laughing. I'm foolish to get her involved but I've seen her she can handle herself but just in case.
"Demetrius.? um this is Olivia from my science class. She forgot to write the assignment down."
"We were talking about that pretty little necklace she has on. Where did it come from?"
"Actually I don't know. I just woke up and it was there, strange right?"
"Totally"
Alisa looked at Demetrius who was studying her. Trying to figure out what she was up to.
"Olivia asked me out on a date which I told her that I wasn't gay but I'd still be up for dinner or just a coffee."
"It's amazing what you're first impressions are, right my dear?"
Jasmine shakes her head as if she came out of a trance or something.
"Holy Sh.."
Jasmine puts her hands in front of her. Alisa goes flying across the campus but lands on her feet. Alisa looks pissed and charges towards them but is thrown back because of the protection field that Jasmine has put up to protect herself and Demetrius from Alisa.
"A witch! That's crafty Demetrius and stupid. Teaming up with a witch is suicide everyone knows that you must be pretty ...''
"Stop talking" Jasmine ordered and Alisa shut up.
"For years people feared you and one followed you around like a love-sick puppy. He's not doing that anymore, if it comes down to it I will kill you. This is your warning Alisa don't make"
"Oh please I'm shaking in my boots. Listen little girl, work on your magic and then we will have this talk again."
Alisa disappeared off her eyes. Jasmine looked at Demetrius she could tell he was listening to Alisa leave because when he couldn't sense her near anymore he looked at her.
"The necklace didn't work"
"It's not a necklace that repels vampires it's just a necklace Jasmine"
"What does that do for me Olivia really?"
"We need to work on your powers you need to be ready."
"Right now I need to go to class, I'll see you later."
(Demetrius P.O.V.)
I watched her leave without letting me explain. She was pissed I couldn't blame her, I would be too. Even as a vampire there is still woman troubles.
