Jamie Lynn Spears Denies Break-Up Rumors

Recently it was reported by InTouch Weekly that Aldridge broke-up with Spears and demanded that she get a paternity test to see whether or no he is the father of her unborn child. Spears’ rep reportedly said, "The InTouch report is completely false. They did not fact check." It was also reported that a source close to Spears said of the Zoey 101 star and Aldridge, "They are still together and he has not asked for a paternity test."

Spears, 16, and her mother Lynn broke the news of her pregnancy in December and confirmed that she was 12 weeks along and that Aldridge was the father. Soon after it was reported that the baby was actually fathered by an older man who could face rape charges if he comes forward to say that he had sex with the teen. A source said, "Casey is being paid off to be the family’s fall guy while the real father remains unidentified. The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her."

A family source said that they believe the father is someone who works on Spears’ hit show, Zoey 101. The source also said, "In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception. With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her." Spears maintains that Aldridge is the baby’s father. She is also rumored to be studying to get her GED.
