It's like riding a bicycle but you can't ride on flat tires

For a minute there I thought I actually forgot how to ride a bike. But you don't actually forget how..... so there was another reason why I suddenly went flying off by bike.
Yesterday, I fell off my bike. My husband and I decided to take a little bike ride around the neighborhood so we pulled the bikes out of the front porch, dusted them off and walked them outside. Immediately I hopped on my bike and headed for the end of the driveway. As I took those first few turns of the pedals I knew something was wrong.... I thought maybe it was just too long since my last bike ride and I forgot how. Anyway, I couldn't keep the bike upright and I leaned a little too far to the right.... the next thing I knew I was flat on my back in the gravel with the wind knocked out of me.

When you go down, stay down.

Of course the neighbors came running as did my husband, to help me up. But I knew better than to get back up right away so I assured them I wasn't seriously hurt and I stayed down until I could catch my breath and check if anything was bleeding, bruised or broken. Nothing was broken and I couldn't see any blood. Bruises I had plenty of, including my dignity. It wasn't pretty, but it WAS funny. So as I laid there laughing and staring at the clouds, it occurred to me that the reason I spilled was that my tires were flat.

Your can't ride on flat tires.

I'm telling you this story (it really did happen yesterday) because we all fall off our "bikes" sometimes. But you can't jump back on without realizing what caused you to spill in the first place or it may just happen again. You need to stay down for a minute, stare at the sky and figure out where you went wrong. Once you figure that out, you fix what is wrong and you jump right back on the seat. And you have a good laugh along the way.

Fix it, then carry on.

As it turns out I have pretty nasty bruises on my right hip, elbow and shoulder. But nothing broke and there was no blood... and bruises heal pretty fast. When I got up, John put some air in our tires (his tires were flat too.... that took a while because it's hard to laugh and pump air at the same time) and off we went.

Do you need air in your tires?

This might be just the thing you need to get the air right back in your tires. Are you ready to generate some cash? No auto ships or products to buy. No selling or explaining! Automated tracking and reporting. Team website designed for success with training tutorials to help you get started fast.
