Isla's Guys Chapter 9
All Three Guys. Quite a long chapter but one of my favs as it shows the complexity of Isla's situation. Hope you like and please comment! Thanks for all the previous comments too!
Tyger can't do today, for what reason he did not state, so I decide to go and visit Jack who is at home. I knock on his door and his mom Tess answers.
'Hello love, goodness it's been a long time since I've seen you. How have you been?'
'Fine thanks.' I'm a very convincing liar.
'I'm glad you're back. I think you've made Jack realize how much he's missed you.' I should hope so too.
I knock on Jack's door and go in to see him lying sprawled out on his bed.
'Hey.' I say.
'Hello beautiful. What a lovely surprise.' He walks over to me and kisses my lips like old times. The familiarity is so reassuring. I instinctively place both arms around his neck and Jack pulls me closer in his arms.
'How are you feeling?'
'I'm much better thanks.'
'How's the arm?'
He raises his arm and says 'It's ok. How are you more importantly?'
'Fine.'
'Good. I think we should go out, what do you say?'
'If you like.'
'I do. I'll have to get changed first though.' He grins and kisses my cheek before saying 'I love you Is.'
He opens his wardrobe and slips out of his joggers and T-shirt down to his boxers. He is so tempting. So so tempting. I have to look away or else...gosh knows what'll happen. Whilst looking away, I spot a new picture of me and Jack on his bedside table taken like a week before we split up. Instantly, I need to ask 'Did you sleep with her? I mean Poppy. Did you?'
He turns around and says quickly 'No. We didn't.'
'Honestly. I have to know.'
'I promise you. Ask her if you like. All we did was kiss. Nothing more.'
'Nothing less.' He slips a top on and a pair of ripped jeans and looks like he's just stepped out of a magazine. His scars make him look even sexier than usual actually. He grabs his wallet and takes my hand in his free hand 'Off we go.'
We walk around town and decide to have a drink at a nice restaurant. We sit outside the restaurant and Jack places one hand on my leg protectively as we order dome lunch. It's all so familiar being back with Jack. It's like he never went away. We order a bowl of chips to share and a hamburger each. I don't see why women order salads to look dainty and lady like, I would never do that to impress a guy. If a guy likes you, he'll like you for who you are, not your stick thin insect like body. And anyway, Jack's paying so I will have whatever I like!
Jack feeds me some chips and I feel like I use to feel. Loved up. He kisses my neck which makes me giggle and whispers sweet nothings into my ear, telling me how much he loves me. He's not the only one.
After our meal, we stroll back to my house. 'I'd invite you in but my house is a state and I need to go and pick Harvie up soon from school.'
'Ok Treacle.' He bows his head and kisses me before I pull away.
'Thanks for today Jack.'
'You're welcome. Are you going into school tomorrow?'
'No, I'm going in on Monday though for the final farewell assembly then the leavers do is on the Friday.'
'How's that all going?'
'Hmm, well I've kind of them to it. They're doing fine though. It's more or less done I think. I'm sure it'll be amazing.'
'Of course it will. Who are you going with?'
I smile 'That would be telling. I'll see you around.'
He grins and kisses me once more. 'Bye Is.'

Monday morning comes and the majority of the year is in today for the goodbye assembly held by our head of year. I'm in early, hoping to catch Tyger. It takes me an hour to finally track him down. He's in the library, bless his heart. 'Hey Tigger, I've been looking for you everywhere.'
He gives me a small smile and that warms my heart. 'Fancy a walk?' I ask. He nods and follows me out of the building as we stroll around the school gardens whose flowers are in full bloom creating this amazingly intoxicating smell.
'I've wanted to talk to you for ages.' He nods for me to continue. 'About what you said...' Now he tries to speak, but I put my hand over his mouth and look up at him. Gosh he's got beautiful eyes. I smile and say 'I never knew you felt that way about me.'
I take my hand away from his mouth as he says 'Not at all?'
'I never knew Tigger.' He grins and walks on. 'How long for?'
'A long time.'
'How long?'
He looks back at me and says 'Since I was thirteen.' NO WAY! I look at him in disbelief and say stunned 'Since you were thirteen! Why have you never told me? That's five years Tyger.'
'Five long years.' He says with a smile making him impossibly cute.
'Why at thirteen and not eleven or sixteen?'
He pauses 'I don't know I guess one day I felt differently towards you.'
I can't help but hug Tyger affectionately, but he doesn't respond. He's scared and tense. I can feel it in his body. I take his hands and place them on my lower back and he giggles all embarrassed. I lean against him, pressing my body to his seeing how he would respond. He looks away shyly. I move his head back to facing mine and smile. Then, I lean up and kiss Tyger's delicious looking lips and after a few kisses, he responds moving his mouth firmly on mine.
During our kiss, I notice something, something that worries me. These damn feelings again. I pull away and gently touch his cheek before saying 'I have to go and see someone. I'll see you later.'
He's grinning 'Ok Is.'
I hate relationships. Well maybe not hate, but annoy me. How do you know who you like or even love someone? It's one of life's unanswerable questions. Nobody can ever explain to someone else because it is different for everyone. Love is unique to that partnership and cannot be replicated. That is why it is so sort after. But before I can really delve into one of life's philosophical questions, one person in my problem pops up before me.
'Hello my dear friend. How are you?' Kieran says. Oh yes, because that's all I am to him aren't I? Remember that phone convo?
I grin. 'Confused.'
'Oh babe, that's not good.' He sits next to me and looks deep into my eyes, which frightens me a little. 'Can I draw you?'
'Are you that bored?'
'I'd have to be to entertain myself with you.' He comes back at me with a smile. He takes a piece of paper out of his bag and a pencil and begins to sketch away.
'Why aren't you with Poppy?' I ask
'I'm not attached to her, you know, I do lead my own life. I'll meet her in assembly.'
'Look after her Kieran.' I say seriously. As much as I hate her at the moment, I do love Poppy unconditionally. 'She deserves the best.'
'That's very sweet of you.' He pauses 'So you think I'm the best then?' He nudges me with a huge gloating smile on his face, multitasking as he continues to draw and erase his portrayal of me.
'For Poppy, you are the best.'
'For you?'
I smile and move a wavy curl behind his ear. 'That's debatable.' I tease.
He looks down and says 'Nice bra by the way.' Obviously looking down my translucent top. 'Who are you impressing then? You've heard that men sleep with women who wear black bras and marry those who sport white.'
I smile sarcastically. 'No one, you horny bastard.'
'Not even me?'
'Not even you.' I say grinning. He stares deep into my eyes again and smiles.
'What's the time?'
'9.30am. Assembly's in fifteen minutes.' He nods
After a couple more minutes, Kieran finally hands me the finished drawing. 'For you.' He says, handing it to me. I take it from his hands and see this incredible picture of me. It actually is me, not some rubbish drawing, Kieran had actually captured everything about me. My eye shape, my gentle line of freckles that sprinkle across my nose and my today wavy hair. I look at the bottom and there is a message which reads 'You say things with your eyes, which others waste time putting into words.' I look up and see that he's seen me read the quote.
'Cheesy.' I tease.
'But oh so true.' He winks and that makes me gently blush. He knows he has this effect on me.
'Ready for assembly?' He asks me. I nod and he puts his hand out for me to hold, but I don't take it. I can't. I don't do cheating. Even though I'm technically single (technically in the sense that I'm not really connected to anyone, but to them, I may be.), Kieran isn't and he's with Poppy and I respect that.
'Come on daydreamer.' I say. He follows me, put then pulls me aside into an empty classroom. 'What are you doing!' I ask in shock.
'Giving into pleasure.' With that, he pushes me up against the wall and kisses me with urgency as his tongue pushes into my mouth. My hands pull him closer towards me and we kiss frantically. His kisses are so pleasurable that he makes me moan uncontrollably. We both know this is wrong(well that's an understatement), but neither of us stop, until I pull away and turn my face away from his and he leans his head on my shoulder, gently butterfly kissing me.
'I need to go.' I say and duck under Kieran's arms and walk, well run off to assembly. What had I done? I should NEVER have done that. It goes against all my morals and beliefs (believe it or not I do have!) and confuses my square up even more. I'm supposed to be down to a triangle right now!
'Hello love, goodness it's been a long time since I've seen you. How have you been?'
'Fine thanks.' I'm a very convincing liar.
