Is the New SEO Elite Version 4 Improved or a Rehash?

At last, the major update to SEO Elite has been released – Version 4. Brad Callen's program, SEO Elite, is one program that I highly recommend quite simply because it proved the best value among SEO and other web site tools. It worked. The benefit of programs like SEO Elite is their ability to help you determine the best sites to get links from – and the sites to which you should not be linked. Links are very important in getting a good ranking with the search engines, but you need good quality links.

The way to find links

If you are already an experienced search engine optimizer but looking to find thousands of link partners than SEO Elite is the perfect solution. However, the versions available to date have required a lot of time – first while your computer does its stuff, and then for you to turn that data into links. Also, most ISPs will not allow you to send emails using the older versions of SEO Elite – the emails just get blocked.

Also, it is not good at getting the correct ranking of your site at the main search engines – usually it ranks the site too low, in my experience.

But do you need to buy it? It is true that you can do some things without buying software – and Brad Callen provides an excellent free report which helps.

Free information is available

If you search the web, you will find quite a few people offering information on how to get a higher ranking with the search engines. For example, there are the free Search Engine Optimization Tools programmed by the SEO Guy team for anyone to use to help them with their SEO efforts.

Then, you can get tips from Jerry West's web site, and from Bruce Clay, and many others – but for detailed information you will need to sign up for an expensive contract, usually more than $1,000. You can also buy links with high Page Rank at some sites, like linkadage.com and text-link-ads.com, but these can be expensive.

But when you want real results you need something like SEO Elite, which is solid link analysis software, with more features than any other link analysis software I know. But as I explained it is flawed. The question is whether the flaws remain in Version 4?

My initial tests how that the program is much improved – it works faster and better, so you don't have to work so hard! Also, it has more features, and can really handle all the aspects of link exchange.

SEO Elite is quite good value

It has seven different tools built in – and an eighth coming soon – and together they can help you get a better ranking and keep that ranking. For example, there is one toll which searches your link partners' sites to make sure they are still linking to you. You can then either contact them to find out why, or delete the link. With the old version, it sometimes could not find links that did exist, so it is best to contact them before deleting.

Soon, Brad will release an upgraded tool which submits articles to article sites for you – this will be a real benefit as most of the tools that do it now are expensive and not good.
