Invalid Page Fault Error Message - Microsoft Word

• When a temporary file created by one of Gold Mine Business Contact Manager's Gold Mine templates, Gmlink.dot, still remains in the Word Startup folder.

• When the Normal.dot template gets damaged or corrupt

• Since the temporary file does not contain complete file information and structure, Word 2000 fails to open the file and gives out the "Invalid Page Fault" error. This can be solved by manually deleting the temporary file from the Word Startup folder.

• If the problem persists, try deleting the Normal.dot file but don’t forget to rename it as the Normal.dot file template resets many options back to the default settings, including custom styles, custom toolbars, macros, and AutoText entries.
