Do I want to introduce new products/services?
Do I want to eliminate products/services?
How can I improve my operations as well as my ability to serve my target market?
What have you accomplished? This question is a question that should be asked only if your business operations are continuing (not if you have yet to launch). Accomplishments should include an itemized list of products and services offered and their generated revenues. Also, how well you have succeeded your mission. Also, other accomplishments that are unique to your business should be noted.
What do you plan to accomplish? This is simply an expansion of what you have already accomplished, and what you need to improve on.
