Internet and Depression

Internet and Depression
Are you, or your kid/s "surfing" to the web many hours everyday? That looks many times good to read news or find some house tips etc. but limited.

Don't "surf" to the web many hours everyday, you have to put some limits... like read the news and logout or don't use it everyday. Internet it is not the reality of life, you can be very easy addicted to it and lose the life reality... that leads straight to the one of the biggest disease of our days the Depression.

How that can come? There are many factors that can bring you or your kid to that situation. In our days the most addiction "traps" to keep you at the web logged for hours and inside you home are the Social Networks, Instant Messengers and Online gaming or find a website that you like and keep reading information's from it for hours. The time will pass with out you will understand it... the day will become night or the night will turn to day, then you will realize that you lost things you normally do in your real life like your job, shopping etc. But at the first days you will not care enough because you will look satisfied for what the web gave you, the fun, information, communication with people from all over the world that at reality you do not know them... they can pretend via the web something that they are not.

When the months will pass something will happen and you have to return back to the life reality, the problem you will face is that you lost that reality, contacts you may had with real people... this will keep you stuck on your computer and the web you will continue the "web routine" and you will still do not care... till the day you will see the first symptoms of Depression.

The symptoms are many and have different scales... you will feel alone, you will be very sensitive but in scale that you have never been before, your chest will feel it heavy and hard to breath. These are some of the most common symptoms of Depression.

Try to avoid the too much use of your computer or make a "bridge" of balance between the web and your real life so you can enjoy both.

Be very careful for you or your kid/s. Because the statistics says that the road back from Depression is hard and some times you cannot return back to normal never again.
