He was off, faster than a rat up a drainpipe. His fingers were a blur as he feverishly tapped in all his info and then settled back to await nirvana.

But the good thing?

He stayed with his current insurer. He said it made sense, they'd given good service, were reliable and answered phones when he range etc.
