Insane Asylum
I wrote this poem when I was put in a insane asylum for a week against my will. Doesn't seem like that bad but it was hard for me to get through and was a crazy experience.
I'm sitting here, white all around.
This room is quiet, there is no sound.
Through this whole in the wall, daylight I found.
I look through it every ticking second,
Only six more days I reckon.
Slower they get, faster I think.
My thoughts moving so fast, no time to blink.
So no I can not see you,
For it kills me to know
I have to stay here while you get to go.
