Innocent Friend (Chapter 3)
(The Evil Twin) There are two of who? A secret that no one can know? Will Sydney face him or leave them on the front door step forever?
Steven lay on his back thinking of his damn twin brother no one knew of.
That son of a bitch decides to come and play me a day, then fucking rapes my best friend's girl?
I'll kick his ass the next time I see him I swear to god.
The sound of someone sliding into his window alerted him and he jumped out of bed.
When he saw Jake running towards him he ducked low and tripped him sending him hurtling into a rack of awards.
"Jake listen to me I didn't"
Jake got up and threw an award his way sending it sailing over his head.
"You mother fucker"
Suddenly Jake's twin brother opened the door and cleared his throat.
"Am I interrupting something boys?" He leaned against the door jamb with a bemused look.
"That is the bastard that rapped Sydney."
Jake shook his head. "You didn't tell me you had a damn twin! What the hell Steven."
Steven sat on his bed. "Go ahead and kill him, I don't care."
His twin immediately ran out of the room and exited the house turning on his car and speeding away.
"I hate him."
Jake rubbed the back of his neck like he always did when he was agitated.
"Man if you told me you had a twin this would have made things so much easier."
Steven sighed. "He's a no one he thought it would be funny to play me a day or two and look what shit happens. I was so shocked when you punched me! I didn't know what to say and Sydney the look she gave me...."
Jake picked up his keys and gestured for Steven to follow him. "Come on, we have to tell Sydney."
"Did you hear me? No one can know I have a twin!"
"This is fucking worth it man now come on."
Jake ran down the stairs and out the front door waiting for Steven to lock up.
"How are we going to explain this to her?"
Steven shrugged as they pulled up to her drive way entry.
"Just say wasn't me it was my evil twin brother no one knows exist?"
Jake laughed. "I understand your reasoning man."
Sydney peered out of the window and immediately closed them shut.
"She's just scared you know, rape and all...."
Steven nodded. "Yeah and all that."
They exited the truck and when Jake knocked on the front door they got the silent response they expected.
"OPEN THE DOOR SYDNEY."
He banged on the door until the next door neighbors opened their window and asked what all the noise was about.
"Nothing ma'm just trying to get Sydney to come out of this house."
The old woman smiled."She needs to get out more."
Jake smiled politely back and then began to bang on the door more.
"Ok I'm opening the door." She slowly opened the door until Jake wedged his foot in the opening and thrust it open all the way.
"Steven didn't rape you his evil twin brother did!" Jake blushed at how stupid he sounded.
"Evil brother what proof do you have?"
Suddenly someone beeped a horn and Steven's twin brother waved at her as he sped past.
"Coincidence Jake?"
He began to rub the back of his neck. "Can we come inside?"
Sydney nodded. "We have A LOT to talk about."
She stood back and when Steven was about to pass her she shivered.
"I'm sorry about"
"Don't apologize you didn't do anything."
She nodded and closed the door behind him. "Don't apologize for anything now about your brother...."

Steven sat on his bed. "Go ahead and kill him, I don't care."
His twin immediately ran out of the room and exited the house turning on his car and speeding away.
"I hate him."
Jake rubbed the back of his neck like he always did when he was agitated.
"Man if you told me you had a twin this would have made things so much easier."

Jake ran down the stairs and out the front door waiting for Steven to lock up.
"How are we going to explain this to her?"
Steven shrugged as they pulled up to her drive way entry.
"Just say wasn't me it was my evil twin brother no one knows exist?"
Jake laughed. "I understand your reasoning man."
Sydney peered out of the window and immediately closed them shut.
"She's just scared you know, rape and all...."
Steven nodded. "Yeah and all that."
They exited the truck and when Jake knocked on the front door they got the silent response they expected.
"OPEN THE DOOR SYDNEY."
He banged on the door until the next door neighbors opened their window and asked what all the noise was about.
"Nothing ma'm just trying to get Sydney to come out of this house."
The old woman smiled."She needs to get out more."
Jake smiled politely back and then began to bang on the door more.
"Ok I'm opening the door." She slowly opened the door until Jake wedged his foot in the opening and thrust it open all the way.
"Steven didn't rape you his evil twin brother did!" Jake blushed at how stupid he sounded.
"Evil brother what proof do you have?"
Suddenly someone beeped a horn and Steven's twin brother waved at her as he sped past.
"Coincidence Jake?"
He began to rub the back of his neck. "Can we come inside?"
Sydney nodded. "We have A LOT to talk about."
She stood back and when Steven was about to pass her she shivered.
"I'm sorry about"
"Don't apologize you didn't do anything."
She nodded and closed the door behind him. "Don't apologize for anything now about your brother...."
