Pineapple Infused Vodka Recipes

Pineapple Pepper Vodka
  • To make pepper pineapple vodka, skin and cube the pineapple.
  • Take 1.5 liters of a vodka. Now, there are many types of vodka available, but it is best to use vodka that has been distilled at least thrice.
  • Take a glass infusion jar which imperatively has a lid which renders the jar air tight. Now layer the pineapple pieces at the base of the jar and then slowly pour the vodka over it.
  • Place this total arrangement in the refrigerator and stir every 3 days.
  • On the 12th day stem and deseed a jalapeño, a serrano and a habanero chili each and cut them lengthwise.
  • Remove the lid of the infusion jar and place these chilies into the pineapple infusion.
  • Now place the glass container in a shady place at room temperature for the next two days. Remember to stir this infusion at least twice in a day and after 48 hours from when you added the chilies, your drink shall be ready to be swigged!
  • Before serving, add some lemon juice and maple syrup to it and then run it through a strainer.
Shake really well and serve the vodka infusion in martini glasses and see the sparks fly!

Honey Syrup Pineapple Vodka
  • This is the simplest of all pineapple infused vodka recipes. Simply skin, cube and place the pineapple pieces into an airtight glass jar.
  • Pour 2 oz. of vodka on top and lid it.
  • Place into the fridge and allow the infusion to stand for 7 days.
  • After that, add ½ a tablespoon of honey syrup to this concoction and shake really well.
Strain and serve this in martini glasses again and drink deeply, my dear!

Cranberry Infused Vodka Recipes

Simple Cranberry Vodka
  • Take 16 oz. ripe cranberries and shred it crudely in a mixer-grinder.
  • Then cover the base of a glass jar with this, drizzle a fine layer of a cup of ground sugar on it and then pour 1.5 liters of vodka distilled thrice.
  • Allow it to stand for at least 14 days in the fridge as this will preserve all flavors optimally.
Strain and voila! Your infusion is ready to hit the party floor.

Mimosa Twist Cranberry Vodka
This part really is an extension of the first recipe.
  • After you strain the cranberry vodka infusion, mix it with some champagne and orange juice.
  • Also use half the quantity of the sugar recommended in the simple cranberry vodka, as the orange juice will have a sweetness of its own.
Apple Infused Vodka Recipes

Apple Vanilla Vodka
  • Take skinned slices of 1 large apple and two slit beans of vanilla and place it in an infusion jar.
  • Pour a liter of vodka onto it and lid the glass jar for good.
  • Allow this to stand unperturbed in a cool, shaded and dry place for a good 5 days.
Strain, chill and serve to vodka lovers.

Apple Cinnamon Vodka
  • Again skin and slice 6 large apples and place into a glass jar with 4 sticks of cinnamon.
  • Pour vodka and allow it to stand for 5 days.

Homemade Vodka Infusions

You can also try the following recipes and present it to someone on a special day. Believe me, your efforts shall be revered.

Pumpkin vodka for Halloween: Place 10 pumpkin slices (6"x1"), a vanilla bean slit lengthwise, ½ a nutmeg in a glass jar with a quart vodka and allow it to stay shaded and cool for 3 months maximum and 5 days minimum.

Coffee vodka for café connoisseurs: Place ½ cup jammed coffee in a quart of vodka for 6 days and stir well every second day.

Bacon vodka for just anybody: Soak 6 strips of fried bacon in 750 ml of vodka and allow this infusion to take place for a day. Chill and serve in martini glasses with a single strip of fried bacon standing at the base.

Orange ginger vodka for ginger's good for a sore throat: Infuse ½ cup slivered ginger root in 750 ml. vodka along with 1 hacked orange for a period of 5 days and then, well you know.
