India -26/11

The recent terror attack in my country is an attack not to us Indians but to Humanity and to everyone around the world. It shows the cowardice of terrorists who kill without a reason, hide and attack....We should stand up and let these handful people know that "WE CANNOT BE MOVED"...I pay tribute to all the martyrs who fought for us....and I am Proud to be an INDIAN.

Broken window panes
Burnt charred floors
Narrate untold stories
Behind hidden doors

The gunshots, the fire
The chaos, the cry
Celebrations which ended
Without a goodbye

It is normal now
It is time again for accuses
But we should resent
Such reasons and excuses

Someone’s little mistake
Somewhere caused a big error
Ask a mother "what standing up is"
Whose son died fighting terror.
