In Memory of Peter

With every passing a heart breaks...
In Memory of Peter
You were my best friend’s brother
Truly like no other.
Your life went at the usual pace –
University and such...
A loving family
You lived the dream
That few people see
The wonder of four children.
Everything without a hitch
Until you seemed to need
Your own space
A place far from family and friends
Away from joy and glee.
And when life’s burden
Seemed to break you
You sought shelter in the Lord
May he forever hold and keep you.
