Image is Everything

You have just a few seconds to make that good impression! That's what I was told while working as a telemarketer. Your voice is your main tool and you have the first few seconds to win the heart of your potential customer. Without using those few seconds to grab the attention of that person, you wont be able to complete that introduction, or build that rapport or tell them about what your 'oh so wonderful product' will do for them.

As soon as the recipient hears the voice a particular emotion is stimulated it associates that with an image that is created in the mind. These factors help to determine the reaction of your customer to your call. During those few seconds your customer will determine if this is a telemarketer, a bill collector or someone calling to give information or closer to the point, if you are someone they want to continue the conversation with. Whether you know it not you have just been branded!

Whatever you do, you are creating an impression in the mind of your audience. Conveying the intended image can sometimes become a challenge. However as a marketer you learned that no product is right for everyone, therefore it is only wise for you to identify your target and build the image you are working to create.

Branding is all about how you demonstrate those internal qualities that allow you to stand out above everyone else. It is a work in progress that needs continuous strengthening and improvement. It does not matter if you are working at creating a certain image for your organization or self; you need to continuously look for ways to improve as time evolves. From time to time we hear about companies spending money to rebrand. Sometimes it's not a matter that they are not being profitable, but a marketer will always tell you that the needs of the consumer changes continuously. Therefore strategies to achieve the overall goal of the organization to fulfill customer satisfaction must be reviewed and adjusted. This is the same with self branding; if you are not keeping up to date with change then you will be left behind.

The Network Marketing Industry is a highly populated community and has a 97% failure rate. Once again as Marketers your role is not just to market the company's product and find others to do so as well. As a Professional Marketer, your role is to study your target market and find out what the needs are. With such a high failure rate of 97%, it takes no rocket scientist to discover that the demand here is for leadership.

Majority of the people who contribute to this industry are people searching for a way to supplement their income. They have entered an industry with no experience; no guidance and most of the times do not even know how to phrase the first question about what to do.

The internet is bombarded with offers that are carefully crafted so the unsuspecting victim will join companies with the expectation that very little or no effort is required on their part. It becomes even worst when they discover that in order to succeed they need leads and spend all their money buying leads only to realize that no one signed up to their offer. There goes the wrong approach to the Home Based Business this new entrepreneur is trying to establish and the need for guidance.

The Network Market Industry can be a very fulfilling and rewarding industry for the serious minded entrepreneur, but as with almost anything, it saves you time and money to learn from an expert.

You have already established your target market; you need to now develop the skills of the professional network marketer. By demonstrating your skills and offering to show the 97% what is needed to succeed, they will perceive you as a leader. After all that is what counts, their image of you!
