I'm Here

Interpret how you want. Close to my heart.
Smile big
For your world is falling through....
And you don't want them to know
Do you?

Keep from crying
The moisture rubs off the paint
Of this well made mask "I gave you"
And without it, with what will you hide your face?

Hold your head high
You don't want them thinking somethings wrong.
Because you don't want help right?
This is a burden you want to take alone

Don't ask for help
Because then your problems could be fixed
Oh NO! Keep it hidden!
You do it so well

Why hide it?
I'm here.
And I didn't give you this mask
Atleast I didn't try to
Cry all you want
I'm here
You don't need to lie behind some illusion
I'm here
I'm HERE

So don't fake so much.
Don't hold on so tight
I'm here
And the oh so horrible fact of the matter is....
I WILL ALWAYS BE HERE.
