I'm A Strange Mystery ~ Chapter Two

Hi! Sorry I'm sooooo late! I haven't really had the time to write! And it's short!!!

Phoenix made Katie feel strange when they were in his apartment. She didn't know how to describe it. Things had gotten really out of hand. When she was fourteen she lost her virginity. It had been a spur of the moment, most stupid decision of her life that she had ever made. It had made her think of that, that was why she had walked out. But somehow at the same time she felt different than she had before.
Phoenix came round suddenly to Katie's house the next day. She opened her door surprised. "Hello, what are you doing here?" Katie said surprised.
"I came to apologize. I was just very confused with what happened" he said seriously.
"I feel I should be apologizing, I shouldn't have done anything"
"No, it was completely my fault and to make it up to you I want to take you out to dinner. On a date."
"It was really my fault! And I don't want you to do that just because you think you've done something wrong, because you haven't"
"But I want to take you out."
Katie didn't know what to say. "Tomorrow night. I'll pick you up at eight" He smiled. And before she could say anything else he was gone.
So the day later she spent some time in the evening getting ready. She had picked out a pretty navy blue dress that came just above her knees and had cute ruffles on the sleeves. She was also wearing stunning black heels which made the outfit that bit better.
When he came to her door and knocked, she answered and had a surprised look on her face. He looked very good! He had jeans and a flattering black shirt that showed off his strong muscles. His dark brown hair was long but not too long, just the right length. And his emerald eyes shone as they stared into hers.
He said "Wow. You look gorgeous tonight!"
"Wow to you really!"
"Why thank you" he said cheekily
"Well come this way" as he lead her to his car.
They had a lovely dinner where they talked of many different things, like what their interests where and things like that.
After the dinner Phoenix told Katie that he had something to show her. They went back to his place and when inside. He lead her into his bedroom, she was beginning to worry what he wanted to show her. But then he picked up a guitar and started strumming.
"I wrote a song for you, I hope you don't mind" he said shyly
"Wow, really!"
"Yes.. Do you want to here it?"
"Yes!"
"Ok, well here it is"
He sang "I thought you'd never even look at me,
Until you did
I thought you'd just go on and ignore me
But you didn't
It just takes my breath away

"That was really amazing. Wow" she said smiling
"I'm glad you like it" he said happy. "Now we better get you home"

He drove her to her house and walked her to her door.
"I had the most amazing time tonight, and I definitely wasn't expecting the song!"
"I did too. And I'm glad you liked it" He said smiling
Phoenix lent in and kissed her gently. She returned the kiss softly. After a minute or so they parted. She hugged him and quickly kissed him.
"Goodbye Katie" he said as he turned to go.
"Goodbye Phoenix"
Katie opened her door and went inside. She lent against the front door, amazed at how amazing that had been.
