If You Were Here!
This was written about my grandma and I wrote it on her birthday two years after she died.
Since you have left
There are many things
That I wish I had said.
If only you were here
So I could tell you now.
The first thing I would say
Is that I love you
Also that i miss you
Every single day.
There are many times I wonder
What would you be like
If only you were here.
There are thousands of questions i would ask
Some of life and death.
The most important would be
If you were here
Would my tears fade away?
There are many things
