I am upset because of people using stolen licenses and social security cards to obtain things such as housing, money, passports, etc.
Some people use high tech equipment, cut out the person’s original picture and then relaminate it with their picture to steal identities.
This needs to be investigated through police departments, licensing, passport agencies, and social service agencies.
Then maybe the innocent people who had their ID stolen won't have to suffer anymore.
