Noel Parker was the school’s beauty all through 3rd to 5th grade until Melanie came. Melanie made Noel’s life a living hell; she stole her boyfriend during 9th grade… pranked her into dyeing her hair green (which wouldn’t come off for a week), made her seem like a bully, and also made her lose all her friends.
