Jacob's P.O.V.

What could I have done? I was attracted to her. NO SHUT UP JACOB! You think your attracted to your little bro's girlfriend. He is crazy about her and she is crazy about him. I haven't dated a girl for.... Five years? Since I was fifteen. It was the biggest mistake of my life.
'So, Shay...' I brought up. Jesse put his head down on pillow and looked up at the ceiling.
'Shannon Marie Benz. I'm in love with her.' (told ya)
'I can tell.' I faked a smile.
'She's the one... I swear' he said. Great. When Jesse and I were little we promised we wouldn't take each others girlfriends. We kept that promise. I don't know if I can keep it. I watched her in the waiting room. I watched her cry. I caused me pain to see her in pain. But she was my bro's girl... not mine.
'She seems fantastic.' I say. Good choice in words. I thought to myself.
' Could you send her in?' He asked me.
'Yea, sure. I'll go find her,' I said standing up.
'Thanks bro.' He said as I walked out the door. I walked down the hallway. She wasn't in the waiting room. I went to the cafeteria and she was sitting there. So beautiful. Like a goddess. She took a sip of her coffee and smiled at me when she saw me. I went and sat across from her.
'Hey.' I say breathless.
'Hi.' she said smiling. Her eyes wrinkled when she smiled. Cute.
'Jesse wants to see you.' I said not wanting her to leave.
'Oh,' she says frowning.
'What's wrong?' I ask her.

Shay's POV

He was amazingly beautiful. SHUT THE HELL UP, SHAY! YOU L-O-V-E JESSE! ... but I have to admit Jacob was amazingly hot and charming. I took a deep breath.
'He keeps saying he loves me. but i'm so ..... I don't know how to put it. I've cheated on him with a boy that I don't even care about. I got him shot....' I trailed off when Jacob took my hand and I felt that spark again. It took my breath away. He turned my hand over and traced the bandages. I just watched. He pealed one off halfway and looked at the cut marks. he traced the cut marks which brought pain back to me.
A tear slipped from my eye and I looked up at him. His amazing green eyes were looking deep into mine and I wanted to melt again. He hesitated then leaned over the table and kissed were the tear was on my cheek. He leaned back into his chair. What just happened.... did he just kiss my cheek when I am dating his brother? What the hell? For a moment we just sat there staring into each others eyes. There was a part of me wanting to kiss him but that part was small when I thought of Jesse. I stood up letting go of his hand and putting my bandage back on.
'Ah, um... I b-better. umm... go ch-check on Jesse.' I stuttered. I turned around and walked out just leaving him there. Leaving with such guilt and want.

Jacob's P.O.V.

I saw the cuts and it filled my head with questions. But I could figure everything out by reading her face as she watched me trace the cuts. When that tear fell I wanted to stop it. But I don't know why I did it with my lips. It took a lot of self control to not kiss her sweet pink lips. I was glad she didn't slap me or just get up and leave immediately. I took it as she liked it but then again felt guilty. I just sat there and thought about her. Shannon Marie Benz.

Jesse's P.O.V.

I sat there tapping my fingers against the railing waiting for her. She stood in the doorway looking like a blue angle. smiled as she came in and laid next to me on the bed. I kissed her and she smiled.
'Doctors say you will be out of her tomorrow but you will have to be on crutches.' She whispered.
'Yea, I know. I can't wait to be out of here and not worried about the nurses coming in here and interrupting us.' I laughed. She laughed too.
'God, Shay, I love you. I love you so much.' I whispered.
'I love you too, Jesse.' she said getting up.
'GOOD NEWS!' Mrs. Benz says walking in the room. Now I realized why she got up. 'You get to go home early.' she smiled at me and walked out.
Shay left the room as I got dressed. Trust me it's hard to get dressed with a hurt leg in a wrap. 2 hour later me and Shay were back at my apartment. Alone. I was lying on the couch with my hurt leg propped up on pillows and Shay bringing me soup. She bent down to set it on the coffee table and her nice ass was right there so I grabbed her waist and pulled her down next to me and started to kiss her.
'Mmmm.' I moaned. She was on top of me being careful of my leg. The kiss got more passionate and we both were so into the kiss she was starting to take off my shirt. I pulled it off. I was tugging on her jean skirt belt loops and one of my hands went down her thigh. She moaned. We sunk into each other. God I loved her. She was biting my lip and tracing my abs with her fingers. I pulled away.
'Damn it!' I yell. she looks confused.'My leg.'
'Does it hurt?' She asked me.
'No.' I say irritated.
'What's wrong then?' She asked. I sighed as she just relaxed and got off me and just sat next to me.
'Ben-'
'Please don't bring up him.' she said closing her eyes shaking her head.
'He's gotten to have sex with you...' she opened her eyes surprised by what I just said. 'You don't even care about him.'
'No, I don't, I care about you. Only you.' She says putting her hand on my bare chest.'
'I know you do. I only care about you too. It's just... I wish I could show you love but I can't now because of my leg.' I said. 'I wish I could do it now, tonight, but I can't.' She frowned at me.
'I know you love me, there is no need to show it.' she said. 'We can wait' she said. I grabbed her waist and pulled her on top of me again.
'I don't want to wait.' I say pulling down the sleeve of her shirt and kissing her collarbone and up her neck. This made her heartbeat faster.... I love that.
'But you can't now.' She replies. I kissed her. 'we... really.... need.... to.... stop this... if you.... are going to get .... better.... I don't.... want to hurt.... your .... leg.... if we....' she tried to say between the kisses. I whisper in her ear,
'Give in.' I pull away and look at her. She has a suspicious look on.
'Are you trying to seduce me?' she asks.
'Depends...' I say kissing her passionately and whispering against her cheek. 'Is it working?'
'Yes, but-' she says stopping me and pulling away. 'nothing to fast tonight. I don't want to hurt you.'
I gave her a crooked smile and we kept kissing. That night we removed a couple more pieces of clothing but nothing to serious she was all about 'protecting the leg'. I felt like it wasn't just the leg holding her back though something else was too. But I was finally her knight in shining armor that night. I finally showed her that I loved and cared for her.
