I Want Her Back
A short poem about a man who regretted the things he hasn't done to his ladylove.
to embrace her
and kiss her lovely lips.
I want to hold her in my arms
and whisper words she has longed to hear.
If only I had not failed to do
those things to her,
then maybe just maybe
she is still here with me.
